Cool Clean Technologies exhibited our latest in portable CO2 cleaning technology in Anaheim at the ATX West show last February. CO2 spray cleaning can be used manually or automated to clean various parts at a time. On display in our booth, we featured a simple automated solution where the CO2 spray was easily retrofitted to an existing XY table to highlight cleaning consistency. Cool Clean was excited to bring CO2 technology back to Germany for a second straight year, this time to the PaintExpo 2018 in Karlsruhe! Cool Clean exhibited in Booth 3554 to showcase our CO2 cleaning solutions, complete with either gas or liquid CO2 supply options and various nozzle configurations. Our booth featured the portable Omega™ 1500 CO2 cleaning module and held demonstrations of the spray for interested attendees. Utilizing environmentally friendly particles of CO2 or “snow”, we are able to clean various surfaces prior to painting & coating.

The International Manufacturing Technology Show or IMTS came back for 2018 and Cool Clean was excited to be a part of this enormous event! Cool Clean Technologies exhibited in the Machine Components and Environmental Cleaning section located in the East Building on Level 2. Thanks to all who visited us in Booth 121401 to see an example of our powerful CO2 spray cleaning, along with new advances in CO2 cooling for dry machining applications. Our focus was educating key benefits of using CO2 based technologies over traditional cleaning and cooling methods and we were very successful in relaying that message.

Cool Clean made a quick return to Germany for a second time in 2018. This time for parts2clean, an International Trade Fair for Industrial Parts and Surface Cleaning, that took place in Stuttgart on October 23 – 25, 2018. Thanks for everyone for visiting us in Hall 5, Stand E32 to witness a demo of our CO2 snow cleaning and learn how we are automating our processes to improve consistency. Waterless CO2 technology has proven to be beneficial for various parts cleaning applications, including mold cleaning, surface preparation, and plastic deburring, as the process leaves behind no residue or requires post cleaning!

Cool Clean was excited to be back in Minnesota for the Midwest’s Largest Advanced Design & Manufacturing event! Thanks for everyone who joined us at ATX Minneapolis from October 31st to November 1st. Cool Clean exhibited in Booth 1116 showing off a preview of our NEW dry ice blasting equipment. Dry ice, or CO2 blasting works great on sensitive or hard to clean surfaces, heavily soiled parts, molds and tools. Thanks for stopping by our booth for a firsthand look into our most aggressive solution to date. The CoolMaster specializes in plastic deburring, by using a focused spray of dry ice pellets to blast off and remove burrs from various PEEK parts.

Cool Clean’s last stop of the eventful 2018 was Atlanta, Georgia for FABTECH. Cool Clean exhibited in the Finishing section and showcased our automated CO2 spray cleaning solutions. Thanks to all who stopped by our Booth B4954 to see the latest in dry ice cleaning equipment. Most importantly thanks for those who listened to Dr. Nelson Sorbo discuss “CO2 Spray Cleaning and Pre-Treatment of Surfaces for Automotive Applications” on Wednesday, November 7th from 9:20 AM-10:00 AM. He had a good showing of interested attendees eager to learn more about CO2 technology!
